classES

  • gentle

Arrive in the present moment through intentional breath and movement. These postures of varying levels are often supported by props and held for several minutes. True opportunity to reconnect, restore, and relax.

  • mindful flow

Slow and intentional movements coupled with meditation. Explore Vinyasa elements in a slowed down tempo with opportunities to hold as well as flow through a string of postures. Focus on specific areas of the body to move into your deepest expression. Where gentle meets Vinyasa.

  • VINYASA FLOW

A deliberate use of breath to seamlessly connect a sequence of physical postures. Experience creative sequencing and intentional themes around mind/spirit principles and yoga philosophy. This class is a faster tempo than Mindful Flow, with opportunities to tune into your body wisdom to make the shapes your own.
